Who is responsible

Luis Felipe Arias Suárez, an individual based in Cali, Colombia, is responsible for felolandia.com and for the personal data collected through it. Contact: contacto@felolandia.com.

What data is collected

• Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, kept only to enforce the form's rate limit — never your raw IP.

This site runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie set is a strictly necessary session cookie for the admin panel login, which never affects visitors.

How it is stored

Contact messages are stored encrypted and are only readable by the site owner from the admin panel.

YouTube API Services

Felolandia is also the name of my gaming channel on YouTube. To publish my own videos I use a private tool that connects to my own YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services. It is used only by me, on my own computer, and only after I authorize it with my Google account. It accesses only my own channel (uploading videos, setting thumbnails and reading the status of my own videos). It does not collect, store or share data from any other user or viewer, and the authorization token stays on my computer. By using YouTube through this tool you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings.
